Complete blue fertilizer NPK 12,12,17 + 2 MgO

This blue UAB NPK 12-12-17 (+ 2MgO) complete fertilizer is a universal and versatile fertilizer, with high nutritional power, suitable for all vegetable, fruit, shrub or ornamental crops. Ready to use, it comes in the form of blue granules, a colour that allows for perfect visualization of spreading. The action of this mineral-based fertilizer is fast (a 'boost' effect), but also long-lasting.

The blue UAB universal fertilizer does not come from organic matter derived from living organisms, but from inert mineral matter. Its formulation is as follows: NPK 12-12-17 SK + 2 Mgo. This means that it is composed of:

  • 12% nitrogen (N): this element contributes to the development of non-reproductive aerial parts of the plant, especially leaves and stems.
  • 12% phosphorus (P), which strengthens plant resistance and contributes to root development.
  • 17% potassium (K): essential for good harvests, it promotes flowering and fruit development.
  • Potassium sulphate (SK): essential for facilitating nutrient assimilation by plants.
  • 2% magnesium or magnesium oxide (2MgO), which promotes the assimilation of nitrogen, phosphorus, and sulphur. This element also intensifies the colour of flowers and foliage.
  • 22% water-soluble sulfuric anhydride (SO3).
  • Various trace elements including Boron, Copper, Iron, Manganese, and Zinc, which play a similar role for plants as vitamins do for animals.

Uses:
Vegetable gardens, lawns, ornamental gardens, trees, and shrubs.
Dosage: from March to September: 40 to 150g/m² depending on the crops.

To live and multiply, plants need water, about twenty essential nutrients that they find in mineral form in the soil, carbon dioxide (CO2) present in the air, and solar energy essential for photosynthesis. The basic elements, called macronutrients, are nitrogen (N), phosphorus (P), and potassium (K). They must be present in the soil in significant quantities. The secondary elements, less predominant but nevertheless essential, are calcium (Ca), sulphur (S), and magnesium (Mg). Finally, trace elements, necessary in very small quantities, are represented by iron (Fe), manganese (Mn), molybdenum (Mo), copper (Cu), boron (B), zinc (Zn), chlorine (Cl), sodium (Na), cobalt (Co), vanadium (V), and silicon (Si). The role of a fertilizer is to compensate for soil deficiencies and to provide, through optimal dosage, the elements that promote plant growth, flowering and fruit production, or the development of roots, bulbs, and tubers.

Adopting NPK 12-12-17

Good afternoon. Does anyone know how one can use fertilizer NPK 12-12-17 (Mg-S) for palm trees or in other words how to reduce the amount of Phosphates or Phosphorus so that the fertilizer does not damage the palm trees growing in soil? In our island I can't find any other fertilizer formula and importing (ordering online) fertilizer is unaffordable.

Other ingredients are:

22% SO3 (water soluble)

2% MgO

0.1% Bor (B, Borax?)

Now if that's not possible and if this fertilizer is useless or too dangerous for palms even in small amounts, what can I use it for/on? Thank you.
