200 tons seams light for the part size, press tonnage is based on the area of the tool full of resin trying to open the mould and the pressure your injecting it at. Assuming the 450x150 is the open side of said box, moulding a part 150x90 450mm deep is a very different order of magnitude harder. Few machines would have the kinda stoke that would take, though that would significantly reduce your tonnage needs.
Running a moulding machine making such a simple part is not exactly rocket science, but there's some gotcha s in there as well. Surface finish whilst not having to be perfect, the better it is on the mould the easier it will be to run, just surface ground will make it a lot easier than a plane milled finish. You need to factor in power for both heating and cooling, neither are free and can be a pretty significant part of the process as can depiping and de-flashing. Recycled materials adds its own sets of variables too, humidity is also another issue, plastic has to be dry to mould at all, if its too damp the moisture flashes to steam as it melts and it all goes to shit. This may be a big issue if your location has natural high humidity as i believe some parts of Vietnam naturally do.
Does the part have to be injection moulded? Vac forming has the potential to be a lot lower cost tooling wise. But the raw material can bump that up?
Even running your own mould on your own press in house assuming you have the space and power supply, i would be suprised - would consider you doing well to hit the 3x material price on the first years run, if your half as skilled as you sound though, yeah long term you should well be able to make it pay off in time.
