Precautions for daily use of waste incineration pyrolysis furnace

1. It is strictly prohibited to pile up domestic garbage and other debris in the unloading area, and it should be kept clean.

2. The amount of domestic waste stored during the storage process should be monitored, and effective measures should be taken to drain the leachate from the domestic waste storage. The leachate should be treated and discharged to meet the standards, or it can be sprayed back into the incinerator for incineration.

3. Online monitoring of the incinerator operation status should be completed. The monitoring items should at least include the incinerator combustion temperature, furnace pressure, flue gas outlet oxygen content and carbon monoxide content. Signs should be set up in prominent locations to automatically display the main parameters of the incinerator operation status. And online monitoring data of major flue gas pollutants.

4. When the domestic waste incineration conditions are unstable and the furnace temperature of the domestic waste incineration boiler cannot be maintained above 850°C, a combustion aid should be used to assist combustion. Relevant departments should organize regular inspections and irregular spot checks on dioxin emissions from incineration plants.

5. Domestic waste incinerators should carry out soot blowing, dust cleaning and decoking regularly; waste heat boilers should carry out continuous and regular sewage discharge.

6. The slag and fly ash produced by incineration should be properly handled or disposed of separately in accordance with regulations. Regularly inspect and check the slag collection and transportation equipment and fly ash collection and storage equipment, and keep records and archives of the amount of slag leaving the factory and vehicle information. Fly ash transportation pipelines and containers should be kept airtight to prevent fly ash from absorbing moisture and clogging the pipes.

7. The thermal loss rate of incineration slag should be tested at least once a week and corresponding records should be made. Incineration fly ash is classified as hazardous waste and should be collected, transported and disposed of in a closed manner as hazardous waste. Incineration fly ash that has been treated to meet the requirements of "Pollution Control Specifications for Municipal Waste Landfills GB 16889" can be disposed in municipal waste landfills.

8. When the flue gas deacidification system is in operation, lime pipe and nozzle blockage should be avoided. When the bag dust collector is running, the ash discharge should be normal to prevent ash bridging, hanging on the wall, and sticking to the bag; remove the fly ash on the surface of the filter bag before stopping operation. The quality and equivalent dosage of activated carbon should be strictly controlled during the operation of the activated carbon injection system, and high temperature in the activated carbon bin should be avoided.

9. Incineration plants with a processing capacity of more than 600 tons/day should complete active online monitoring of flue gas. The monitoring items should at least include hydrogen chloride, carbon monoxide, smoke, sulfur dioxide, nitrogen oxides and other items, and be connected to the local sanitation and environmental protection authorities. , complete real-time data transmission.

10. Daily monitoring of biogas should be carried out in places where biogas is easily collected, such as silos, sewage and leachate collection pools, underground buildings, production control rooms, etc., and records should be kept; forced ventilation should be carried out when the biogas concentration in the air is greater than 1.25% .

11. Odor control measures are adopted in each process link, and there is no obvious odor in the factory area; the deodorization system is used as required and maintained in time as required.

12. The consumption of primary auxiliary materials (such as auxiliary fuel, lime, activated carbon, etc.) of the incineration plant should be accurately measured.

13. Chimneys and chimney pipes should be checked regularly to avoid corrosion and leakage.
