Some malfunctions will inevitably occur during the use and operation of the chiller unit. Failures will naturally affect manufacturing and production. Therefore, when using industrial chillers, we should pay attention to the causes of chiller failures and perform regular inspections on the chiller units. Carry out maintenance and upkeep, which can not only prevent faults from occurring, but also reduce the impact of faults on enterprise production.
What is the reason why the temperature of an industrial chiller cannot drop? There are actually many reasons
1. Wrong matching model
When the model of the chiller you purchase does not match, resulting in insufficient cooling capacity, the temperature will not drop, and the equipment cannot be cooled to achieve the desired cooling effect.
2. Unreasonable installation
If the temperature of the water-cooled chiller cannot be lowered, the possible reason is that the water tower/water pump/pipeline is not properly installed, resulting in the temperature not being able to drop.
3. Temperature controller failure
Further reading:When the temperature controller fails, the temperature control of the equipment cannot be achieved, resulting in abnormal temperature display of the temperature controller.
4. Blockage/leakage occurs
When the chiller is used for too long, the condenser/evaporator will become clogged/dirt, poor water quality will lead to pipe blockage, refrigerant leakage, etc. Therefore, the temperature of the air-cooled chiller will not drop.
5. Environmental impact
When the environment is too high or too low, it will affect the cooling capacity of the chiller. Especially when the ambient temperature is relatively harsh, the temperature of the chiller will not be able to drop.
I would like to remind everyone that regardless of any malfunctions when using industrial chillers, please contact the purchasing manufacturer for inspection and repair as soon as possible instead of handling it without authorization. Regular maintenance of the air-cooled chiller ensures normal operation of the unit and extends the service life of the chiller.
