How to choose Wholesale Stone Blade correctly?
1. Diamond blades for cutting stone come in a variety of configurations and sizes, depending on the stone being cut, the tool used, and the quality of the diamond abrasive matrix and the blade disc itself.
2. The harder the stone, the softer the diamond matrix on the blade should be, as it is easier for a soft matrix to give up the diamond abrasive, however, a soft matrix diamond blade wears faster.
3. All things being equal, blade life depends on segment/rim height, taller rims will last longer.
4. Stone cutting blades can be used wet or dry or both and can be continuous edge or segmented, and turbo blades are also an option.
5. Continuous edge blades are the most accurate in cutting stone with the least chipping, while segmented edge blades are faster but more prone to chipping. Turbine blades can usually be used dry.
How to better maintain the Saw Blade for stone?
1. Regular cleaning of Stone Blade
Cleaning a diamond saw blade is the best way to keep your edges clean, sharp and ready for work. As a versatile tool, it is often used in the harshest conditions, leaving marks on the blade and fraying its edges. Proper cleaning is required in order to maintain the function of the blade. Doing so will help extend the life of the blade and keep it clean from dust.
2. Regularly polish the saw blade for stone at least every two to three weeks to remove scratches and enhance its edge. To polish a stone blade, you need;
Wipe the stone blade with a soft cloth to remove dust and remove as many scratches as possible. Mud and scratches can corrode metal over time, so you'll need to wipe them dry.
Polish the stone blade with a polishing material designed for stainless steel blades. Many products on the market are reliable, so you can use whatever you can afford.
Apply a dime-sized drop to the body of the diamond blade and rub in. Let it sit for 10 minutes, then wipe it off the blade surface. You can follow the manufacturer's instructions for more instructions.
3. Use this saw blade on smooth surfaces because:
Limit drag by removing loose aggregate for more efficient cutting
Water acts as a dust inhibitor and reduces exposure to airborne particles that can cause health problems for users
Water acts as a coolant, reducing the chance of your diamond blade overheating while you work. Overheating can cause the core and pieces to break, and can also cause the blade to warp.
4. Pay attention to the working strength. In order to maintain your stone blade and help it to last longer, you must pay attention to the working strength when cutting, because the hardness will make the diamond blade shock and very brittle. Any level of vibration can easily damage the serrations.
5. Correctly set the depth of the saw blade: Many people usually ignore this step, but it is very necessary to set the depth of the saw blade accurately, because the maximum cutting depth of the saw blade used in the work is different, so make sure that you do not Damages tiny restraint supports. Set your diamond blade depth against the diamond segment.

contact rob kulakofsky at color-wright.com him, he's too busy to talk on the and just ask him what is best.. he used to sell it, still works with it, and would know. I only do crystals, not rocks.. so my advice would be useless.
Good luck!

Rob sells Pro Slicer and Raytech blades -- both very good. If you visit his site differences between various types are explained. The basic difference is the size of kerf (width of cut) made by the blade. For cutting hard jasper I'd recommend a fairly stiff blade (0.40 or so) with saw oil, not water. Notched blades will deliver more coolant to the cut but don't have as much diamond. If you'll be doing a lot of cutting sintered blades are best but they're more expensive. If your saw has an automatic feed your blades will last longer. Which blade you select is largely a matter of how much you wish to spend and what kind of blade life you can expect. I'd stick with blades designed for lapidary use like those mentioned. There are several reliable brands like MK and others.
