Wondering about Tolix dining chairs

I saw the Tolix Marais A chairs featured in an article in Traditional Home magazine and am wondering if anyone here has them or has ever sat in them? They are made of galvanized metal and can be ordered from Design Within Reach. Looks like they are not available locally so I am reluctant to order anything I can't see first. I am on the search for sturdy and comfortable chairs for kitchen/great room area. I also like jurors chairs, also seen them called bankers/schoolhouse style chairs. I am thinking of having a table made by a local Amish store, kind of a trestle with an Arhaus/Restoration Hardware look but made out of solid wood and with the option of leaves. Any suggestions? This will be expensive and I am trying to do my research. Thanks!
